सिकंदराराऊ कस्बे में पंत चौराहे पर 12 मई सुबह नौ बजे ट्राली में ईंटें लादकर ले जा रहे ट्रैक्टर का टायर फट गया। इस दौरान रिम पर लगी लोहे की रिंग अलग हो गई और तेजी से घूमती हुई उछलकर पैदल जा रहे युवक संदीप (18) के सिर में जा लगी।
